    2. Choose paper

    3. Printing

    Printing is divided into color printing and four-color printing. The special color printing refers to the printing process that uses other color inks other than yellow, magenta, blue and black ink to copy the original color. Four-color printing is based on three subtractive primary colors(yellow, magenta, and Cyan) and black printed color pictures.     4. Tile

    The paper and the tile are framed together, which is the first post-printing process of the offset face color box. The viscosity and compaction directly affect the efficiency and forming effect of the cassette.     5. Die-cutting

    6. Paste box

    Place the box in the form of a sample or product effect map and glue the parts of the box that need to be connected to increase the firmness of the package. Then matched with hanging ropes, hooks and other packaging boxes are completed.

    (3) Hot silver: The principle of the process is basically the same as that of hot gold, but the materials selected by the two are somewhat different in appearance: one has a golden luster and the other has a silver luster.


    (4) UV: UV refers to UV glazing, that is, ULTRAVIOLET, which uses ultraviolet irradiation to trigger an instantaneous photochemical reaction of UV glazing oil, forming a bright coating of a reticular chemical structure on the surface of a print, mainly increasing the brightness of the product and artistic effects. Protect the surface of the product, its high hardness, corrosion resistance to friction, not easy to appear scratches.


    (5) Pressure bump: It is a printing method that does not use ink. It is to place the packaging box in a set of Gravure and relief plates corresponding to the text. Under a certain pressure, the two templates are pressed against each other. The process of making the box appear embossed concave and convex text and pattern, the function is to enhance the three-dimensional sense and artistic appeal of the print.


    (6) Oils: That is, a layer of oil on the surface of the printed matter. The main purpose is to:
