Yes. Blank samples for checking paper quality and structure are free, you only need to cover the express freight. Custom printed samples require a fee, which is refundable against your mass production order in most cases.

Pre-production samples are required to confirm box structure, size, material, printing, and quality. Physical samples will be sent if time permits; otherwise, we will share photos and videos for your approval.

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, samples will be ready in 3 to 7 working days. They will be shipped via express and arrive in 5 to 10 working days. You can use your own express account or prepay the freight.
